The issues of our times are severe and threatening on many levels. As a nation, we carry a collective shame for allowing these circumstances to be created and to permeate. Fortunately, as a people we can learn and do better. We must. The enduring solutions of our time will be systemic. My background is manufacturing and organizational transformation.
